At PsychicVicky.com, all clients are required to review and accept the following payment policy before booking any services.
1. Payment Methods
• We accept secure online payments via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways listed at checkout.
• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD), inclusive of any applicable taxes or GST.
• Your payment information is processed securely by third-party providers. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.
2. Advance Payment Required
• Full payment is required at the time of booking. No consultation, report, or reading will be delivered until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
• Bookings are not considered final until payment is received in full.
• For live sessions, email readings, and custom reports, your service appointment or delivery slot will be confirmed by email once payment has cleared.
3. Failed or Delayed Payments
• If your payment fails or is delayed, your booking will not be processed until payment is completed.
• Please ensure the payment details provided are accurate and have sufficient funds.
4. Cancellations, Refunds, & Chargebacks
• Payments are subject to our Returns and Refund Policy. Refunds or rescheduling are only available under the conditions outlined in that policy.
• Unauthorised chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting us first may result in suspension from future services.
5. Promotional Offers & Gift Vouchers
• Any promotional codes, discounts, or gift vouchers must be applied at the time of booking and before payment is made.
• Gift vouchers are non-refundable and may be redeemed only for eligible services as described.
