At The Sacred Karma, we are committed to providing heartfelt and personalised psychic, astrology, spiritual, and horoscope guidance. Due to the nature of our services, we kindly ask all clients to read our refund policy carefully before booking.
1. No Refunds for Change of Mind
• We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, dissatisfaction based on expectation, client interpretation, or outcomes associated with predictions or guidance provided.
• Please ensure you review the service descriptions and ask any questions prior to booking.
2. Digital & Intangible Services
• All services (such as spiritual readings, psychic consultations, astrology charts, and horoscopes) are intangible and personalised; therefore, under Australian Consumer Law, refunds are only available if the service is not delivered or is substantially different from described.
3. Service Not Received or Technical Errors
• If you do not receive your booked session, report, or reading (e.g., due to a technical issue), please contact us within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery or booking time.
• If we are at fault or unable to fulfill your order, you are entitled to a refund or rescheduled service at no extra charge.
4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments
• Appointments cancelled with 36 hours notice may be rescheduled at no cost.
• Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 36 hours notice may not be eligible for rescheduling or refund unless under exceptional circumstances.
5. Quality Concerns or Complaints
• If you believe your session was not as described or of acceptable quality, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review your concerns and offer a fair resolution, which may include:
• A partial or full refund (only if the service was not delivered or not as described), or
• A new session or follow-up reading, where applicable.
6. No Guarantees or Outcomes Promised
• All spiritual and intuitive services are offered in good faith as guidance only. We make no guarantees about future outcomes or specific results.
• Insight or advice provided should never substitute professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal consultation.
